New management could have taken place as the property seems to be struggling. The smell within the hallways is horrible and no one seems to know why. There is also a number of general maintenance issues that have become extremely negleted. Hallways are very dirty and my walkway has had a sticky substance spilled that you walk through that has been there for at least a week.
