I loved Sabine Street Lofts

When I moved to Sabine Street, I was most interested in safety. I was VERY comfortable there in this regard the entire time I lived there. I was very happy with my apartment and the amenities (I took advantage of the drycleaning pickup, dvds for borrowing, pool, mountain bikes). The only negatives were occasional dog poop in the halls and the walls were a bit thin. I paid for a reserve parking space, which was worth it. I left for a more affordable place in midtown but would definitely move back.
