THE OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIBLE.THEY TRY HARD TO AVOID SPEAKING OR SOLVING A PROBLEM.THEY ARE BUSY READING MAGAZINES OR ON PERSONAL PHONE CONVERSATIONS WHENEVER I COME IN.(MAYBE THEY DONT WANT TO SPEAK)HOWEVER,,,,I DO PAY MY RENT AND EXPECT SOME COMMON COURTESY,EVEN IF THEY DONT HAVE ANY PROFESSIONALISM.THE STAFF EMULATES THEIR SUPERVISOR IN THIS RESPECT.NO WONDER THE STAFF CHANGES ALL THE TIME...THE BLDG.AND PROPERTY OFFSETS THE BAD,,WITH A BEAUTIFULL VIEW AND CONVENIENCY TO DOWNTOWN.

This "reviewer" sounds very pleasant, and hard to believe they would have such a negative experience? Maybe people should walk in that office and see for themselves how they are treated?
