Inside the apartment, it is good. no complain. BUT, first,the floors are concrete. Whenever someone is walking with high shoe, you will think that a horse is passing on concrete. It may sound funny, but when these kind of noises are around 2-3am in the mornings, IT IS VERY SERIOUS.

Second, your neighboors can be nightmehr as in the case I have. There are people(useless ones) that do not sleep at night. they sleep during the day. Even if you complain to the management about this, it is a hopeless case. take my word. I am still living in the apartment, and my rental agreement will end in february 2007. of course I'll be moving out.

I love it here! I don't think you can find much better than this. I have lived in other apartments before and have always heard the neighbors at times, or heard doors close, or people walking in the halls. You have to expect this because it is APARTMENT LIVING! Living this close to people, you will hear things. If you want a super quiet place, get a house in the country where you don't have any neighbors for miles! You don't hear more here than you do at any other average apartment complex.
