The last manager was very helpful to me and I had no problems with her. I thought that she was very resourceful in a few situations. She took charge and resolved the problems that arose. This new manager does not have a clue - he missed the "meet the manager gathering". Rent rates are now much higher than past rates - 40% HIGHER! The new manager was not any help, would not meet halfway, NOTHING. The loft is not worth the new rate.
Over the past few months, the only halls that are clean are the ones near the management office and whatever model loft there is. Since there are so many dogs it is hard to keep the hallways as clean as they should be.
The maintenance staff has always been great and even made repairs in the evening hours. Those guys are always polite and worked hard.
The walls are thin and footsteps from upper floor are a problem, and dog poop is also a problem. Nightly security presence comes and goes.
