Thank god the last manager is gone. I would rather an impersonal manager, which he is not than a drunk one like the last one. She was drinking and drunk all the time.

As far as the rent increase, I haven't heard anything about that. We are moving this month because of different reasons.

Street closures are definitly an issue and I have hated it the whole time we have been here.

Very dog friendly and you are right lots of dog poop. I wish the owners were more responsible. Or the apartment complex could hire a pooper scooper service to pick up the poop instead of just leaving it there.
