Yes, the old manager had a lot to be desired. I was happy to see there was a management change, but WOW, there was a change alright! but it wasn't for the better. Sabine Street Lofts is in the worst shape its ever been. The hall floors are dirty, doors in/out of property are always in need of repair, of the 5 internet cafe computers only 2 are usually working on any given day. The kitchen area is often dirty (especially after the brunches) and the coffee dispenser has mold growing on it. The landscaping needs help, outside lights are often burned out and the halls STINK because of the trash dumpster. The design of the apartments themselves are nice, the residents are great, the location is great, its just such ashame that management doesn't take more pride in their property. This loft property has the potential to be awesome, but I guess since the current occupancy is high, management doesn't really care. It about money, not ethics and reputation. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Hard to believe that these people are living in the same place that I am......
Great place to live, great helpers in the office. Clean kitchen area 98% of the time. Friendly people.
