I know people pass by and say god these look nice....NOT. First of all the apartments are the size of closets and the kitchen cabinets along with the doors are all old looking. Trash is always thrown all over the property, and loud music blasting.Every day there was not placed on doors about break-ins but still not security. The management has been changed over 3 times. The manager in the office named ------ called me at work after she went into my apartment to do an inspection. Now first of all I was never notified of this inspection until she completed it. I had a basket of clothes that was washed the night before, the basket had fell over on my way out the door to work. She called me and ask why was the clothes on the floor. When I asked her what gave them the right to enter my apartment without my authorization, she could not respond. I then noticed that my digital camera was missing and of course she states that she did not take it.The only reason for anyone to be in my place that day was maintenance for a leaking frig. Because the maintenance man saw the restroom door handle missing he chose to call the manager. The purpose of paying a deposit is to repair whatever is broken, so when I move out then you do your inspection not until then. I just feel like like they have no regards to your privacy or respect. So if you like your space being invaded then move here and I promise you will have no privacy. Thank god that my lease is up so I can get the out of here.

You can really tell by your review that you either got evicted or moved out because you couldn't pay. I'm a resident here and none of what you say is true. I lived over 8 years and yes there have been changes in staff but that happens in any business. For the office staff to have to enter your apartment at all there must have been something where the maint. staff felt the situation would affect the other tenants. Whatever it was it had to bad. The maint. man has been here since before I moved in and he is great, matter of fact the entire staff is great. Based on what you have written and my experience here you didn't belong here in the first place. Hope you were not my neighbor!

I just wanted to agree with the original post. This place is so sad. They look nice on the outside but once you are here you will wish you had chosen another place as your home. The walls are paper thin and everything that is done in the apartment above or beside you will definitely be heard all day and night. The management hasn't done anything considering that you repeatedly report the incidents. There is trash on the ground and although maintenance tries to keep the grounds clean when you have sorry people that life in the complex there isn't any help to place look nice. The only good thing I can say is that my lease will be up soon and I will most definitely be moving.
