My family and I moved in when they were still building the property. We chose an apartment (brand new) at San Brisas because it is in an excellent location, has home-like quality touches (granite, stainless steel, mahogany cabinets, jacuzzi tubs, etc)and because we were treated so well from the moment we stepped in the office. They also have this kids water park next to the big pool. We have always enjoyed this area and the BBQ grills have never been broken when we wanted to use them. I dont understand why the previous post said that the trash is overflowing because we have never seen it overflow and we have lived here a long time. In fact, we see the maintenance crew all the time making sure there is not even a piece of trash on the ground! As far as them saying that the management harasses residents, it is probably because management enforces the rules. Dont you want to live somewhere that management enforces the rules' Aside from minor issues in the apartment, we have never had anything major go wrong. When we call something in they usually fix it the same day. When I read that San Brisas was getting some not so good ratings on this site, I decided to give you my experience as it has been nothing but the best. You wont be dissappointed if you move in- trust me.

I've lived in my residence since it was first built and the trash has always overflowed. I had a tenant that harrassed me because I am Black, and the walls are paper thin. However, the apartments are a nice size, I love the rounded corners and appliances. And after filing a police report for assualt on that neighbor, management evicted her, and my new neighbors are wonderful. The walls and floors are paper thin, so you gotta not let noise during the day bother you. And may of the Norwegians tend to BBQ at midnight...with a large number of family and friends in attendance.
