I have lived here for almost a year and my lease is up for renewal in Jan '13 and one of the main reasons I will not be renewing my lease, is that I have friends I'd like to invite home once in a while. I work in O&G and moved to Houston end of last year. I am not sure if it's due to the recent management change in July, but clearly they've started harassing tenants of late.
