DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

Yes, I will be moving out. Because I dont know what has happened to San Melia over the past year.
I get home from work these days, and there is no where to park. When I moved in here, I was told there would be "free parking", and I could park in any open spot. Well, this used to be possible. Now, I dont know whats going on, but I think people from off the streets are parking in the complex. Because, there is NEVER any free parking spot. You come home late at night and drive around the complex twice, then end up going back outside through the gates to park on the street -- and then walk half-a-mile back inside!!! THIS IS CRAZY!
Security and safety are HORRIBLE. Apartments are broken into every weekend. Strange people roam the premises at all times of the day. The management is well aware of this, and have chosen not to do anything about it.
Dogs are left to roam about even though the lease says all dogs should be on leashes. Again the management is well aware of this.
People drive into the complex (it's very easy to trail someone and follow them through the "secure" gates), to use the POOL!!!!!
The "leasing office" is just a total nightmare. The girls there cannot help you with anything on the rare occassion that the phone is answered. In fact, they become rude.
Do yourself a favor, and just totally IGNORE this apartment complex. It's a joke. I will definitely NOT renew my lease or advise anyone I remotely care about to move in here.
