Parking is a very serious issue - in addition to not being able to find a spot, complaints to management have gone unresponded. Additionally, parkign in front of hydrants, etc. is a real safety concern. My apartment is great with no issues and parking was not a problem until the new leasing company cam onboard now staff just ignores complaints and does essentially nothing. In addition to parking issues - trash is overflowing and looks disgusting and tenants let trash sit outside doors for days at a time - again, regardless of complaints to management.

Does anyone know how this parking issue suddenly came up? Things were decent until suddenly a couple of months ago, then it became horrible. Are they letting in 10 people to an apartment? Also, the overflowing trash is a real problem. Something has gone really bad.

I never have a problem parking. Yes, I may have to walk a little bit but I enjoy walking. I have never lived at an apartment where you can always park directly in front of your door. There are properties with apartments with attached garages if your concern is having to park far away sometimes.

i think the issue has been resolved for the most part, and also, if you don't live in the area most of the people are referring to, you probably didn't have an issue. it was really a nightmare to the point of not having a spot if you came in after 7pm. available ones were in the far back or in the back left hand corner.. if you were living in the middle right, or the front, that didn't help. i think the pressure put on the management by tenants and this website caused this to be alleviated as soon as they possibly could. now, it's normal, no i don't expect to park right in front of my apartment, but at least now i can park in a spot in that area a majority of the time.

Parking is the same - no enforcement and no parking after 7 or 8 pm
