A bit skeptical at first

When I first moved into these apartments I was a bit skeptical reading the reviews online but after settling in after 3 months I really have no complaints.
Parking can sometimes be an issue but I'm ok with a short walk to my apartment, I can understand reading the reviews that parking is a nightmare for some and I can only assume these people must be wheelchair bound since the furthest I park is a building away from my apartment.
The maintenance team and staff are generally helpful and seem nice.
Everything is within walking distance which is GREAT.
Hershey Park, restaurants, coffee shops.

Have any one faced any serious problems.....are the poor insulation problems reported toooo serious. Please reply. I am an potential for this apartment complex.

I have returned from trips and the Kroger's in the evening well past 7PM and have only had to walk a short distance, you must be VERY lazy person and should consider moving to a house if you insist on parking directly in front of your apartment and mow your own lawn and fix your own appliances.
