cheap lots of roaches, staff is backwards... From: blacktexas2003@hotmail.com Date posted: 12/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I dont have the greatest credit in the world but i needed a place to stay near the airport. 1) its LOUD very loud 2) Roach infested, no matter how much bombing pest control w hatever the roaches rule this place 3) the gate is always broken 4) the airport noise ( doesn't bother me) Also the staff is bad, t hey mix up your accounts mistakenly put eviction notices on my door ( they were meant for a neighbor) and have some weird policies. The free cable is nice and the electricity bills are low but beware. carpet is terrible.. I stayed there a y ear. paid my rent on time early every month and now i have moved out and i found out that flagship is foreclosing on properties all over texas...
