No water again, you pay for water here and don't get it. The staff is really nice, that's BS. Lazy is more like it. Never here, four hour lunch breaks. The manager never gives you a true answer, she talks around it. If you move here it will start out good but wait, it will go down hill. Give it a month and you will see what I mean. Oh the big thing here they never let you know what is going on here at all. NO memos or anything. Once's in a blue moon you will get one saying the water will be turn off AGAIN. They are to cheap to buy something new for this place. Everything here is out of date and so old, but get this. They will go up on rent. The rent here is to high for this old stuff. I am now getting a lawyer to get out of my lease, due to the water issue here.

If you read the note..they are trying to get out of the lease and move. You must be a staff member or someone that the staff treats well. Until they treat you like SH**. Then talk.. I back up everything this person said in this letter and others will too.

I have lived at Savannah Place for 5 years and love it. Yes it's a older property and I knew that when I moved in, hence older stuff!!! Yes the water "hot" water is off and on but I have always had water! I have never understood grown adults talking about others because they don't like them or the situation. If your unhappy move!

Run very fast away from here. We moved in about three months ago. A BIG MISTAKE.. can't wait to get out of here. And you are right if you are in good with the staff they treat you well, and if you are not good luck.
