Improving!!! From: sargento03 Date posted: 1/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have written some reviews here which I have deleted because this apartment is finally improving!!!! I'm actually glad I live here now, and I'm very proud of the changes that are taking place. There is new management in place. The manager actually works hard to make this place better. The complex is kept clean, and maintenance now works on the weekends!!! Whooho. This is something that did not used to happen so the complex would get very dirty on the weekends. The gates are working finally, after a one year hiatus. Management makes an effort to host social events like mixers for the residents. The clientele has improved a whole lot! I see less guetto people around. I will probably be moving out later on in the year, but only because I need a bigger place. If they offered a three bedroom apartment I would definitely stay.
