If you want to drive in potholes, have stuff stolen from your porch, receive poor service from front office staff, witness vagrants loitering the property, see broken windows in apartments, be concerned about parking your car, then by all means, check this place out. It's a craphole.

It is true that the parking lot has pot holes. There was one in front of my apartment and when I called the office, it was filled that week. I am new here and I attended their crime watch meeting and the manager stressed that if you see someone suspisous to call the police. Makes sense to me.

I haven't had any problems. The people here are alot better than the last apartment I lived in. The people here are nice and friendly.
