My friend lives at this complex and is very concerned with the current situation of this complex.

Problem with one of the maintenace men....he's very rude and disrespectful! If you live there, you know who he is....Other issues are as follows: There is a huge hole in the ground where a water main broke and an enormous amount of water was gushing out of the earth and flooded the parking lot for almost a week....mind you this was happening, while Texas was/is going through a severe drought....and there was water rationing going on.. The hole in the ground is still there and I believe it could be a bad accident waiting to happen. Also, the pools should be maintained on a more consistent basis.... Other than that....this complex is old but seems to be a nice place to live......it's aged, but the community is tight knit and the gates are always working, which is a plus!!! It's not bad for the price!
