Roaches are everywhere even when your kitchen is spotless, I go through raid like crazy!!!! Hot water varies and is very disappointing when in the shower and its chilly out and you go from hot to cold with no warning. The management here are very rude and unprofessional. It takes months to get the simplist work request done, then you get BS answers like they have ordered the part and it will be put in when arrives and its 2 months till you get it and only then when you threaten to email corporate which by the way is on the sign....www.raisingliving.com They took out the swings which all the kids loved to put in a slab of concrete for nothing that has metal spikes sticking out of it (can we saw law suit when a kid gets hurt')This is an OK community with the location and schools and all but the staff leaves alot to be desired. It was better when the old team was here, things got done in a extremly timely manner and were very courteous and nice and really seemed to care!!!!
