Sender Park Problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The office is often closed early. I've even seen them with the closed sign up when someone was in their durring their business hours. Trash is just thrown around all over the grounds. People even throw complete bags of trash right outside each mail dock. The large bins that the city picks up are too small so it daily leads to a lot of trash laying on the ground beside them. The parking lot and grounds have various paper, cans just laying around sometimes for days. There is a lot of noise at night. Fighting, yelling, partying. A lot of loitering by groups of people from 15-30. It takes their maintenance a long time to fix things or even get started on fixing somehting. You usualy had to lodge a complaint with the corperate office to get something done and even that can go ignored. I woldn't reccoment this apartment complex to any law abiding citizen.
