I have lived in the Serrano apartments for almost a year now and couldnt be more satisfied. The rent is really affordable and the apartments are just really great. The complex is beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly. The most impressive thing about these apartments is probly how quiet they are. No matter what time of day or night you are up, there is NEVER any loud noises coming from anywhere. Sometimes when my friends come over we sit on the balcony or by the pool and they call it the ghost town because it's so quiet. The parking has NEVER been a problem for me and I dont even have reserved parking and I get the same spot right close to my place almost every single day. Serrano has been a great place to live and I plan staying a long time. The staff is pretty good too, although I never really deal with them, just to take my rent check in. I have never had a reason to call maintence yet so thats always a good thing.
I give this place a perfect 10 !!!!

One of the Serrano Staff probably wrote this review. Your one positive review doesn't hold a candle compared to countless other former quality residents who once called Serrano "home". They should post a banner in front of the lobby saying "Welcome to the new ghetto in suburbia"

I agree with rentercme. I have had nothing but problems since I've moved in-broken windows, not working air conditioning, garages, lawn not mowed or kept up, shootings and car break ins. I would not recommend it to my dog.
