Dangerous Building From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Office staff have been of little help unless it's been an easy fix. They are out of the office quite often. Never return phone messages. Have been rude when problems occur that they don't want to deal with. The apartment complex is aging rapidly and needs work inside and out. Ex. Stairwell lights have been out for 2 months, bums have recently been sleeping under the staircase at night. When the office was informed, they said the lights cost alot of money to replace. Ex. Pool Water Discoloration Ex. Falling Fixtures Ex. Rats Ex. Drywall Ex. Appliances Ex. Electrical Ex. Painting Ex. Plumbing I recently had a letter put on my car window from other unhappy residents living at Serrano. They have created a New Community Organization to inform potential residents to stay away.
