This place needs serious help From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have been here for about 3 years and will leaving as soon as my lease is up...which can't come quick enough. It makes me sick to see how what once was a wonderful peaceful place to live has turned GETTO gangster. The access/entrance gates (or security gates) have only worked a combined total of 1 month out of the past 18 month period. Maintenance is terrible. The mold growing on the exterior is becoming a health hazard. Crime is out of control. It seems every few months we see new faces working the leasing office. All they care about is collecting your monthly check...they do not care about NOTHING else. The list goes on and on. The place has turned into a low rent apartment community which spells TROUBLE.
