Your review helped me..... From: WALKEDAWAY Date posted: 6/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   To decide the stay the heck away from the Serrano. Something is very fishy there. I went to see the apartments and although they are extremely nice, I did not like what I saw hanging around the pool. I believe these are all FEMA voucher people. YES I AM REFERRING TO ALL THE NEW ORLEANS PEOPLE THAT CAME TO HOUSTON TO RUIN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS. GO HOME!!! They are practically giving the apartments away as well for an extremely low price which also makes me wonder.. why''' I certainly do not want to live in a place that has the reputation of being unstable, no matter how nice the grounds are or how sweet the deal... Thank you for you review because I certainly walked the opposite way.. Serrano, you could have had excellent, paying tenants... get it together!!
