I have lived her for one year. I am still waiting for the hot tub, security gate, fitness center, green swimming pool, replace the lights that are out, and the back fence to be fixed. Luckily I am smart enough not to hold my breath. Don't you just love the new sign-no tresspassing- that should really keep the thugs away!Again, thinking Serrano- DON'T! Don't be fooled like I was by how nice the apartments are. Their is no management, no money to fix things. Mr. Smuck keep it all! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

This person is right on. Everything in the post is true. I have been here several years and have seen this place go down hill. I think the "NO Tresspassing" sign is a joke....this place is full of Lousiana thugs with their drug dealing. I am moving out soon because it is only getting worse and worse and worse.
