Literally...I could attest to countless numbers of faulty things that I have seen here in my 2 years at Serrano. Almost all could have been prevented by the management. It all started the day we moved in. The carpet was stained and everything looked like it was hung by someone with a severe hang over. (it's all crooked) Then little by little we noticed other things...like the garbage desposal sounds like an earthquake, there is no screen door, the ice maker doesn't work, etc. A few months ago the we had horrible issues with the people who moved in above us. The management did nothing about it. Most recently there is a sewage leak flooding the property and the management has done nothing! When I called they actually told me it was not their problem. I don't see how the corporate office that is actually located on site would let this fly. The air filters are never changed either! We are counting down the days until our lease is up. The rent is decent which is why we moved here, but I think I would rather have gone with less food. Please...don't live here...it really does suck!
