Serrano

Don't move here!!!! From: unhappy829 Date posted: 1/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   In the 2 years I've been living at Serrano, there has been at least 6 property managers and too many leasing agents to count. They are disorganized and I have waited 4 weeks for them to change a light bulb! The building has literally deteriorated over the past 2 years with the paint looking dull and dirty. Noisy neighbors are customary around here. I have to call the police all the time about the noise! Management does nothing. They suck, I;m warning you, please don't move here.
