From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   HORRIBLE is the best word to describe this apartment. I applied to live at this apartment and they would never call to tell me if I got approved or not. So I had to call and call anc call and FINALLY they gave me the answer. They told me the apartment number I was going to live in so I decided to go take a look. Well the door wasn't even on the hinges and when i walked in it was DISGUSTING!! the fridge was in the middle of the living room. There was this brown liquid all over kitchen floor and the carpet was completely BROWN!! You couldn't even see what the original color of the carpet was. I figured since it was that gross they change everything out! I was totally wrong. I waited like 2 weeks for the maintence team to fix it but they never did. So I went up to the front and they said they have to just clean the carpet and it would be done. So i got made and asked them to replace the whole thing and they refused. I refused to live there so they found another apartment that wasn't as bad. So I had to wait another week for them just to clean the carpet in the apartment i was going to live in. This should have been a red flag but I was in a hurry to move. They were suppose to fix the kitchen light because it would rarely turn on. They were also suppose to put in a light in the living room which they NEVER did. The fridge leaked they never fixed it. The maintence team was just a bunch of guys who stood around in the lobby talking and laughing all day. I never saw them out doing any type of work. They only thing good about this apartment was the price of rent. I moved out without notice because they didn't deserve to know. They tried to make me pay the rest of my lease but when I got my lawyer involved they stopped threatening me. I haven't heard from them since!! I suggest that NO ONE EVEN CONSIDER LIVING HERE!!!! IT IS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
