Highly Disappointed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I don't know why I am so surpised to see that so many others are so dipleased wiht our complex. It truly is terrible. I hate to sound like a nag, but if it will keep somone else from moving here and be so disappointed, then I don't mind helping! The staff....where to begin. Too young, extrememly unprofessional, unproductive. Justin is a very nice young man who really tries to be helpful, but I am aware that he helps me because I am a young, single woman. I doubt he gives the same attention across the board. The rest of them are so out to lunch adn rude that I cannot even bear to go near the main office. It is so bad. I agree with one previous opinionated neighbor...I don;t know who is allowing these people to just randomly enter the apartments, but that IS NOT what I am paying Waaaaay to much money for. I thought I was paying waaaaaay too much money for a clean, new, SAFE place to live. I feel nervous most nights when I go to bed. Another particular incident was at the pool...a very young mother with 3 children came to the pool with the kids and 2 other young women. The kids (including one in diapers) went to the pol while the older ones sunbathed. One of the woman literally took off her bathing suite bottoms, all the way, in front of the kids, other neighbors, myself, my mom, and proceeded to sunbathe. Of course, although I complained, nothing was done, and I will never return to that trashy place. There are no rules, the grounds are strewn wiht trash, their seem to be no regulations guarding who can live there and who cannot. I am SICK of it! Fortunatly, my lease is up. I AM MOVING OUT ASAP! Please, anyone who reads this....pay attention! I am not bitter or crazy...this place is terrible! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!!!!!! Oh, yeah...the spiders really are an issue!!!!
