Too much pay for too little From: dpcherries634 Date posted: 4/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I currently live in these apts and thanks gosh my lease is up soon. Maintainence sucks, not to mention he is a pervert. i have had several problems with roaches. when we 1st moved in they said we were the first ones to live in that particular unit, which they lied, they advertise that there is a sauna, which they lied about, they also lied about the 24hr. basketball court. Both the hot tubs are always broken. if i'm paying $1200 for an apt i would hope i could at least use SOME amenities whenever i please!! Also safety there sucks! I had a part stolen off MY CAR, not to mention several people in the back have gotten their apts. broken into and you would think that the staff might notify some of the residents about these kind of events, yet they don't. not to mention the "on-site" police woman living there, she is a lier.
