The blinds on the windows are very cheap. However the apt seems to be well constructed. We have double pained windows that help keep the cold and heat out. I only used my heat twice this winter. I haven't seen any signs of gang activity, the gates work fine but when they break(they always do wherever you live)they have always been fixed within 24hrs. I really can't complain much, pay your rent on time, dont make noise you will have no problems. Some people on this board expect to have their behind kissed by the managament, but you need to get real. The apartment is a business, the staff our employees. I will renew my lease here. I looked at cheaper apts in the area, but the leasing agent slipped that he did not live there. My leasing agent Cheryl did live here when we leased and still does currently. I think that means a lot when talking to someone that is in the business of selling you an apartment. Consider that they get a great discount for living on site, I would question any complex where the staff do live here themselves.
