| Just minutes from the Freeway,Just 15 minutes to Downtown,20 to Montrose and 25 to the Medical Ctr. Quiet,Secure,Pool and a smalltown setting. Been here over a year and absolutely love it. Well worth the very low rent. | ||||||||||||

| We have lived here for 2 years now. It is a very safe environment. The manager is very nice and our neighbors too. Parking is okay and maintenance check is done every month. | ||||||||||||
