It is a new begining From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Well, I only have 3 weeks living here, and I don't know what happened before, but those apartments are almost empty, there are hispanic people ( I am a hispanic male) and black people , but all those people are peacefull. I am renting one apartment with one bedroom for only $315.00 , plus water and electricity not included in the rent. The building seems carefully manteined, and the apartments are ok. The staff was friendly and I was attended fastly when I went to the office and I said what a had a couple of little problems in my apartment.
