Where to begin' I've been here since the begining of the year and everything was great at first! Then came the same issues everyone else talks about: Poor management staff, complete lack of security, & most important their lack of pride in their property. I thinks its pretty bad when you ask to speak to the manager and then the front desk employee goes into her office tells her about the situation and sends the "help" back out to tell you that she is busy with paperwork and will call you later. Are you kidding me. By the way I left like 5 or 6 messages for her (the manager) & she hasnt returned any of the messages. Yea the lack of security is completely right gates have been broken for more than 7 months! When I finally got an answer as to why it was that the
City of Houston wont come out to inspect the property because of the electronic gates. Again are you kidding me I know the city is slow in alot of matters but it cant be that long. As for their pride in the complex they say there is a fine for putting your trash out ealry but its always a "Great" feeling to walk home and see a hallway full of trash and the pickup is in two days. All in All the inside of the apartments are great but once you step out of your apartment your screwed. Its really simple fix the management or at least the manager her attitude is terrible and fix a few simple things like gates and the trash its not to much to ask for.

I dont think people are attacking the management staff they are simply pointing out facts and if the truth hurts there is probably a reason for it

The gate is fixed. There is a 25 dollar fine for leaving your trash out
