As of today (3/22/07) Windsor at Siena, LP is the new owner of Siena and Windsor Property Management Company is managing the complex. So, whoever the reviewer was that had the foresight back in fall-06 -- you called it!!
This company operated and owned Allen House, which as most know is being torn down.
