The new management is great! We have needed this for a long time! Its honestly a night and day difference. The new office staff is so nice and helpful. I can tell they are a little hetic lately with all thats going on but they still took the time to discuss my renewal. Words can not express just how happy I am!

Does “HoustonDays88” live at Siena Apartments? This review does not seem consistent with someone who lives at this location. What is the “night and day difference” you are speaking of?
The new management company has been on site for less than a week and things are running as usual. There hasn’t been an improvement to parking, the pet soiled walls and hallways, the burned out light bulbs, an appropriate fitting handle/lock for the entrance gate, located closest to the private, freestanding garages, or the “early-bird” trash bags sitting in the hallways on non-trash pickup days.
You mentioned how despite being busy the staff discussed your renewal with you. Who can expect anything less? This is their job & as a resident paying nearly 1,500/month in rent, I would hope the management has time to discuss my renewal when the time comes.
Until there is a marked improvement in security, cleanliness, and general upkeep, there isn’t much to report on the new management.
