When I first moved in, I thought it was great. Cheap rent, relatively quiet, close to a suburbian area. Then came 2000.... and with it came ghetto trash. I mean come on... local pizza places at first had rules about not delivering pizza at night here. Now, they won't deliver at all, regardless of day or night.
Here's a funny story: I lived in a 1 bedroom on the first floor. Sometimes I would notice that my carpet would be wet in this particular area near my a/c. I didn't think too much of it (I was pretty young and not as straight-minded as I am now...). I had questions about it, but management made some BS story up just so I wouldn't investigate any further. Close to the end of my stay in "Sierra Hell", I find out that the back up pipe (you know, the one that alleviates pressure from backed up sewage) was inside my apartment, where the a/c was. I figured it out when I saw a mushroom growing from my carpet in that area. So that whole time I was walking on people's waste.
So yeah, if you want to live in hell, you don't have to die. Just sign a lease at Sierra Pines. =)
By the way, I rated 1s because that is the lowest they allow you to rate.. otherwise they would get nothing but 0s from me.
