Today the manager of Skylar Pointe came to our door pounding when I say pounding I mean he scared my sick wife who was sleeeping and woke up my son who was also sick and sleeping.We have not paid the rent on time,Luis is his name opens the door uninvited walks in and hands us eviction papers .For the record we have the money to pay tomarrow.Then he leaves in a storm slamming my door shut.That is just one of the many complaints we have.Work out room is destroyed,most the equiptment doesn't work and is hardly ever clean Roaches this place is disgusting>There policy to have an exterminator out is that he comes on thursday thats it no appointment time no heads up they just stop by and tell you get out so they can bomb.For the money we pay for this town home I truely believe we should be treated better.If your thinking of moving into this dump reconcider you will be glad you did. What happened to southern hospitality.Or even decency.

I have been there before. I and my wife lived in the hell complex for years four to be exact. If you like a good complex to live in try park center apts right off Beamer RD.
