Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
I have been here for 4 years now and have only had one real problem. When there were 15 people living downstairs from me. I called the office and it was handled quickly. I have never had a problem with maintenance or entering with out notification. I live right in front of the pool but it is surprisingly quiet during the summer with the occasional kids just having fun in the pool. My rent has only increased once since I transferred to a 2 bedroom. If my rent stays the same I will renew.
