Spacious Apt, Nothing Spectacular

I have lived at Skylar Pointe for about a year and a half and the one thing that keeps me staying is the big apartment I have now. Our rent is fairly cheap and I have not been about to find one for the space that I have now.
They have a nice pool and the hot tub is alright except that it only works sometimes. Overall I have had no major problems here, the parking is a pain in the butt if not assigned. You can't even find a spot after 10 P.M. on most nights and I have had to tow someone out of my spot because I HAD to. I hear stories about crime but ever since I've been here nothing happened as far as I know but I do smell marajuana around the pool all the time.
