No roaches - I think the rats got 'em

Ok - start with the positives -
We have allocated parking so I have not had any problems there. The apartment is spacious. Now..
There are rodents in the walls - I didn't know what the smell was until I saw the rats going into the wall between us and the neighbours. Every time it rained there was a terrible smell right by this wall.
The apartment is old and the management is raising the rent by around 10% so we are out of here.
My wife has had issues with the management here, they are very unresponsive and it is though the management are doing you a huge favor by allowing you to live in this rundown complex.
My car has been broken into and I often see police here at night responding to heaven knows what issues.
The noise from passing cars with stereo's way up in the middle of the night is disturbing.
The trash dumpsters are constantly overflowing.
Not recomended.
