Apartment management sucks!!!!

I just wanted to inform renters to be aware for crappy service and rude management. The rental company customer services is out only for themselves.They are rude and offer crappy apartments that are overpriced. We have lived here almost 2 years and have nothing but trouble with the leasing office.If you are late 1 day in rent you are charged $50 and they will not take a check.
Also we pay for a weight room that is always a mess and the treadmills never work. The parking is also a huge issue,there are no guest parking spots. Also the gates are always broken and they allow anyone to rent here, no matter the credit and income. This should jsut be section 8 housing.
