crime, poor maintainence and isn't this supposed to be a gated community

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
No parking whatsoever, no storage, the a/c is so old the electricity is outrageous maintainence will not fix anything and when they do show up, they don't understand english. The play area is not safe for children there is always something broken there and in the gym. and where is this video library and business center they speak of' STAY AWAY i have lived here for 2 years my lease is now up so I am gone.
