granted the rent is cheaper than most. but i ended up choosing not to live here because it was so unkempt. the leasing agents customer service was also terrible. it almost scared me out of apartment searching in general. i think they need to clean and include the utilities if they want people to move in. it was just so very dirty. and they need new agents. the agent i talked to wanted me to make a decision that day or else i might be out of luck. i guess she didn't realize they weren't the only complex in the area.
