Ready to move...

My wife and I will be moving in two weeks, terminating our lease. Really, what got us was the roaches, we've just grown tired of dealing with them. Some of those living in the area are a bit shadey (take it from someone in Law Enforcement), and we have had some problems with crime. Parking is very poor, and the staff in the office has significant turnover with poor customer service. This is only a good option if you cannot afford anything else, otherwise avoid! By the way, I only give three stars on grounds because they just did some landscaping...but don't look for it to last.
