you cant find a parking spot, you see roaches in your kitchen at night (even though you are super clean and never experienced roach prolems in any other residences), you next door neighbor hacks up phlegm on your shared stairs, the leasing agent has several tattos and is female, trash piles up infront of the dumpsters high enough you arent even able to see the dumpsters, the gates to the super secure community are almost always broke or someone is forcing their way in an exist, your next door neighbor has a regular trash collection on their shared front porch,(needless to say having a shared front porch should have been a sign of living in the ghetto), your neighbor has a love seat on their front porch and management allows its presence, your assinged parking spot is further way then open public parking, your ice from the ice maker tastes like it has mold or some foreign substance in it, you are consistantly woken up and your car alarm goes off by loud exhaust systems and car steros from your loving neighbors passing 4 in the morning, your air conditioning system that was installed and "upgraded" has dripped sense day one and management after being called five times have yet to fix or look at the problem, you need a court order to get problems fixed or even looked at. I pray I make it here until July when I lease runs out! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
