Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Air conditioner leaks in bathroom and mold is a problem. Can hear all my neighbors. Pool has been closed more than open. Gate does not work properly; it hit my car. Junk vehicles in parking lot taking up close parking spots. Roaches a magor problem. Blow breakers if dryer & microwave is on at same time.
