Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Been here for a year and am about to move out, but this place isnt too bad. I havent had any problems thank the Lord. I just want an upgrade. Yes I have seen roaches, no I have not experienced any crime but I do know of someone who had their car stolen here not to long ago....and to come to think of it, we do recieve notice on our door when crime happens and i have seen 2 or 3 of those. Yes the dumpster does overflow with trash. Parking is not the best here. The onsite laundry isnt the best either...its $1.25 to wash (and some of the machines take your money...about 2 or 3 of them) and $1.00 to dry clothes...and they leave dirt marks on your clothes...which drives me crazy.But besides all that, they're pretty coo. The management has been cool to me. I like them. I Just want something better.
