Sucks

The office staff is completely rude (except for the manager Kristin, who is more than helpful and friendly), the walls are thin and I can hear all of my neighbors activities, constantly recieved bills for overdue rent when they had already cashed my check for my rent (which I always overpayed). No one who rents apartments there gets the extra gate key so there is always a line to get into the complex through the gate, parking sucks as well. During the full months it is pure luck if you find a parking spot inside the gates.
