ITS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE! i AM STILL LIVING HERE AND JUST RENEWED MY LEASE. I DONT HAVE ROACHES! AND I NEVER GET NOTICES ON MY DOOR CAUSE I ALWAYS PAY THE CORRECT AMOUNT. I HAVE HEARD ALOT OF BAD THINGS ABOUT THE COMMUNITY BUT I KNOW ITS ALL THE PEOPLE WHO CANT REALLY AFFORD TO PAY THERE RENT SO I DONT PAY THEM ANY MIND. THAT STAFF IS NOT RUDE TO ME AT I GUESS CAUSE I DONT COME IN THERE RUDE SO THEY TALK TO ME RIGHT!
THEY GET THINGS DONE I HAVE DELT WITH EVERYONE AND THEY ALL HAVE RESPECTED ME.. I HAVE SEEN SOME ROACHES BUT ALL I DO IS CALL AND THEY EXTERMINATE AND THERE GONE I GUESS THE PEOPLE WHO STILL HAVE ROACHES ARE NASTY SO I LOVE LIVING HERE

This review is proof enough of the illiterate, poorly-spoken people you will be dealing with on a regular basis should you choose to lease here. This is the norm, not the exception. Think about it.....
